What happens to my credits if I don't use them?

Different credit types have different validity rules:

Gift Credits:Valid for 3 days after registration and will expire automatically if unused.
Subscription Credits:When the cycle ends, credits won't expire immediately. A grace period of up to 1 month applies; after the grace period, unused credits from the current cycle expire, and you'll only be able to use credits issued in the next billing cycle.
One-time Purchased Credits:Valid for 365 days from the issuance date and will expire automatically if unused.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect in your next billing cycle.
